TZ (ASX: TZL) is a developer and licensor of intellectual property particularly, Intelligent Fastening, Assembly Enabling and FutureWall technologies through Telezygology, Inc. Its technologies when used in conjunction with TZ Software and Networking devices offer a platform for creating compelling security, locking, monitoring and control applications for a range of market segments such as Data Centers, Security, Marine, Home and Aerospace. TZ listed on the ASX on 22nd January, 1987. TZ has a global presence throughout the US, Europe and Australia, with its headquarters situated in Chicago and Illinois.

The Company is structured around two divisions namely engineering and design, and investment. TZ offers an end-to-end service capability in product development and engineering services via PDT Group, a US based leading product design firm. Product Development Technologies was acquired by TZ in 2005 in order to support and compliment its top-class technology and intellectual property development capability. As a part of TZ’s strategy of achieving near term revenue goals, TZ’s product development priorities to be delivered in early 2009, comprise a standard product set of intelligent fasteners, networking modules, control software and the TZ solution platform, with the Company's longer term strategy focused on continuing to progress a number of early adopter customer engagements as well as availing new opportunities.

TZ History

TZL became floated on the Australian Stock Exchange on 22 January, 1987. It was renamed from CED Australasia Limited to TZ Limited in 2004.
