QAN was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on the 31st of July 1995. Its average annual revenue reaches approximately $15 billion out of its issued capital of approximately $3 billion.
Macquarie Infrastructure Group (MIG) is one of the world’s leading developers and operators of toll road. MIG’s toll road business focuses on the toll roads construction and operation. It is also engaged in the entity investment in industries of the same sector. Moreover, it manages portfolios of 11 toll roads in Australia, USA, France, Germany, UK and Portugal. MIG was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on the 16th of December 1996. Its average annual revenue reaches a total of AUD$1 million. Its headquarters is located in Sydney, Australia.
Macquarie Airports (MAP) is an Australian entity publicly traded by the Macquarie Bank Group. Its operation involves investment of funds in different airports worldwide specifically Australia’s Sydney Airport, Belgium’s Brussels Airport, Italy’s Rome Airport, Denmark’s Copenhagen Airport, UK’s Birmingham Airport and Bristol Airport. The company’s average annual revenue reaches approximately AUD$1.4 million. Its headquarters is located in Sydney, Australia. To date, there are three entities operating under the management of MAP.
Qantas (QAN) currently has troubles in two areas via two partially owned companies: Jetset Travelworld (JET) and Air Pacific. Qantas owns 46 percent of Air Pacific while they own 58 percent of JET after a merger of Qantas Holidays and Qantas Business Travel with Jetset which created Australia's largest listed travel agency franchise.
