Transfield Services (TSE) extends services in the areas of operations, maintenance, and asset and project management. It caters services to major businesses in the resources and industrial, infrastructure services and property and facilities management fields. The Company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 3rd May, 2001. To date the Company employs over 29,000 people across Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, New Caledonia, South East Asia, India, Chile and Canada. TSE is also included in the S&P/ASX 100.

Dyno Nobel (DXL) was the overall best performing stock taking in a 31.57 percent increase. It was a mixture of explosives (mining), energy and mining & exploration companies who were among the best performing stocks for the week 35 of 2007 of the Australian sharemarket: Dyno Nobel (DXL), WorleyParsons (WOR), Aristocrat (ALL), Transfield Services (TSE), Beach Petroleum (BPT).
