PepinNini Minerals (PNN) is an exploration company primarily searching for gold, nickel and copper with tenements mainly in Australia. The company explores for nickel in the Musgrave province; copper/gold/uranium in the Curnamona province and Gold in the Woolgar Goldfield. PepinNini was incorporated in August, 2002. In March, 2004, the Company changed its name to PepinNini Minerals Limited and listed on the Australian Stockmarket (ASX) in April 2005.

PepinNini Minerals has secured strategically located exploration tenements covering over 10000 square kilometres in the Musgrave and Curnamona provinces of South Australia and the Woolgar Goldfield of Queensland. The Musgrave province has been under-explored, and has not been subjected to modern exploration techniques. Recent exploration by other companies in the area has highlighted the potential for significant nickel copper sulphide mineralisation, as well as gold and platinum group metals.

Major competitors of PepinNini Minerals consist of other mining companies in Australia and overseas exploring for gold, precious and base metals. These range from massive international companies to small explorers with one or two projects. Prospective gold customers include governments, banks and international gold brokers whilst for precious and base metals would involve arrangements with utilities, large industrial users and steel plants.

The Company has a 40% interest in four granted exploration licenses and one exploration license application covering approximately 3,778 square kilometers of the Curnamona Province of South Australia.
