Mindax Limited (MDX) is a Perth-based exploration company searching for gold with tenements mainly in Australia. Key projects are located in the Murchison region of Western Australia.

Mindax was incorporated as Bronick Limited on 30 October 2003 in Perth for the purpose of acquiring or securing the rights to acquire prospectiveexploration and mining permits in Western Australia. The company changed its name to Mindax Limited in December 2003 and listed on the Australian stockmarket (ASX) in December 2004.

Mindax controls exploration acreage in excess of 1,300 square km in the Murchison area of the Yilgarn Shield at Sandstone and Meekatharra. Mindax controls 5 projects through the eastern Murchison, a total of 14 tenements, its core project being Bulga Downs.Competing with MDX for exploitable gold reserves are Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton and Harmony. Prospective gold customers include governments, banks and international gold brokers.

The company controls exploration acreage in excess of 5,300 square km in the Yilgarn Shield of Western Australia. The Company’s Bulga Downs-Mt Forrest iron project comprises seven mining leases endorsed for iron ore. The project includes iron formation over 17 kilometer of strike. Bulga Downs-Paradise Bore, Maynard Hills and Panhandle gold projects cover an area south-east of Sandstone in the East Murchison region. The Mortlock project covers the southwards trace of the Wongan Hills greenstone belt through Goomalling and passing east of Northam.
