McMillan Shakespeare (MMS) operates across remuneration and financial services sectors. It is providing independent salary packaging and fleet management solutions to public and private organisations throughout Australia. McMillan Shakespeare listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on March 15th, 2004 and it is based in Melbourne, Victoria. Its salary packaging services comprise salary packaging benefit administration and processing, design of remuneration policies, reporting of FBT, GST and BAS, management of motor vehicle lease and information retrieval for FBT and GST compliance. Its fleet solutions comprise financing and procurement of motor vehicles, insurance arrangement, administration of fuel card programs and administration of service maintenance programs. The Company has long-term relationships with various state and federal government agencies, hospitals, charities and private sector organisations. The Company also delivers other complementary services which include performance management system design, remuneration and reward system design and a financial advisory referral service. Through these additional services, the Company is providing its clients with a unique and comprehensive salary packaging solution. McMillan Shakespeare is committed to provide innovative new products and services, with a focus on improving customer service, enhancing its service offering as well as providing its customers with better control over their salary packaging arrangements.
McMillan Shakespeare History
McMillan Shakespeare floated on the ASX in March 2004. In October 2004, it completed the acquisition of PKF Remuneration Services. In 2005, MMS commissioned a new salary packaging enterprise system, known as COMET.
