LinQ Resources Fund LRF invests mainly in Australian and international small- to medium-sized listed resource companies, which are at all stages of development, from exploration to production. Previously established in March 2002 as the Golden Arrow Fund II and managed by the Rothschild Australia Group, the management of the fund was bought out by LinQ Capital's current managing director in 2004.

LinQ Resources Fund was established as an unlisted trust in March 2002 by the Rothschild Australia Group and was previously known as the Golden Arrow Fund II. LRF was listed on 20 January 2005 after a General Public Offering. The company listed on the Australian stockmarket (ASX) on 20 January, 2005.

The differentiating factor of LRF is the ability of the management team to structure funding deals that incorporate the use of convertible notes. These may enable the Fund to limit downside risk while earning regular income and participating in the equity upside. The company believes that the lack of institutional interest in the small-cap Resources sector creates a significant investment opportunity.

Major customers include institutional and retail investors. It competes with other managed funds, especially those with investments in the Resources sector.
