Keybridge Capital (KBC) is a lender to and an investor in structured finance transactions in its core asset classes of property, fixed income, leasing and infrastructure. KBC typically invests via mezzanine lending or equity in the asset classes of property, aviation, shipping and infrastructure and seeks returns above 15% per annum. The company is still in the early stages of its business and is rapidly developing a portfolio of investments to ensure sustained growth in earnings per share.

MBR was first listed on the Australian stockmarket (ASX) on Dec 23, 1999. On Feb 8, 2005, MWM changed to its current name from Jam Development Capital Limited (JAM).

As a specialist investor in structured debt and equity products, MBR provides retail investors with the opportunity to invest in assets that would normally only be available to professional investors. MBR has a handful of skilled personnel with significant experience in structured finance.

MBR provides specialised funding to a broad range of entities including corporates and government entities. To an extent, the company is competing against other investors in its core asset classes, although with the average size of its deals at around $10M, MBR is unlikely to be in the same space as the major investment banks. The company has a number of sources of deals including those sourced from or referred by Mariner Financial as well as a number of global relationships.
