ING Real Estate Entertainment Fund (IEF) invests in freehold value of entertainment venues, hotels and bars throughout Australia and receives rental income from long-term leases to experienced hotel operators. Currently, IEF has more than 50 assets across Australia and New Zealand. The Fund has been in operation since 8 July 2004.

IEF listed on the ASX on 8 July 2004. In October 2005, IEF completed a $24M capital raising. The Fund has been actively acquiring properties and currently has more than 50 properties across Australia and New Zealand. The Fund’s subsidiaries include Bourbon Unit Trust, ING Real Estate Entertainment Subsidiary Trust, IEF Victoria Trust, IEF NZ Subsidiary Trust and IEF NZ Trust.

ING Management Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of ING Real Estate and is the responsible entity for IEF. The Fund contains more than 50 entertainment and hotel properties situated in Australia and New Zealand. IEF gives securityholders the opportunity to invest in a portfolio of hotels that are established and well known. Major competitors would be other hotel-related property trusts on the market. Customers would range from the general public to large multinational companies with an interest in the area of this fund.
