Icash Payment Systems (ICP) is an Australian-based live entertainment company. Its activities are divided into six areas of operation: Children’s Entertainment, Drama, Concerts, Boutique Productions, Musicals and Exhibitions. The company was established in 1997 by Andrew Kay and Jim McPherson. Over the years the company has been involved in various productions at various venues worldwide. ICP was renamed to its current name in September 2007.

The Company operates in two geographical segments: Australia and Korea. The Company’s subsidiaries include CashPod ATM Pty Ltd, ICASH International Pty Ltd, ICASH China Pty Ltd, Australian Pubcash Pty Ltd and Transact ATM Services Pty Ltd, among others.

The company's first major success was David Helfgott's 1997 sell-out world tour. ICP differentiates itself from its competitors with its involvement in various areas of the entertainment industry, diversifying its interests to entertain people of all ages.

Major competitors would be other Australian and international live entertainment organisers. Customers would mainly include the general public of all ages.
