Global Geoscience (GSC) is an Australia-based company engaged in the exploration for economic deposits of minerals. The Company is focused on exploring for porphyry copper and gold deposits. It has a portfolio of exploration projects in Peru, Mexico, the United States and Australia. The Company’s exploration projects are located on the western seaboard of North and South America. As of June 30, 2009, the Company has five projects in Peru, one in Mexico, three in Arizona and three in Nevada. The Company’s projects include New Morenci, Sara Sara, Mancha Pampa, Lavanderos and Hornera, Los Graceros, Tokop, Dun Glen, Camp Verde and Winchester, Guyra and Glencoe, Brown Mt, and Arcadia Valley.

Peru Project

Many of the world’s largest copper, gold and base metal mines are located within a major tectonic zone that extends from Alaska through North, Central and South America to southern
Chile. Most of the mineral deposits within this zone are closely associated with igneous rocks intruded into older sedimentary and volcanic sequences during Mesozoic and Tertiary times. Deposit types in the region include epithermal (Au-Ag), porphyry (Cu-Mo-Au), skarn (Cu-Pb-Zn-Mo) and manto (Pb-Zn). Peru is part of the same geological belt in age, rock type and types of mineral deposit.

In Peru, Global holds 100% interest in four copper-gold projects located in northern and central Peru. The projects lie within a linear province of porphyry copper-molybdenum-gold deposits which extend along the Andes mountain chain from Ecuador south through Peru into central Chile and Argentina. These deposits (with total pre-mining tonnage and grades) include La Granja (2.8Bt at 0.6%Cu), Toromocho (2Bt at 0.5%Cu), Constancia (0.4Bt at 0.44%Cu), Cuajone (1.5Bt at 0.76%Cu), Toquepala (2.1Bt at 0.6%Cu), Collahuasi (4.1Bt at 0.81%Cu), Chuquicamata (11.2Bt at 0.65%Cu), La Escondida (4.9Bt at 1.0%Cu), El Teniente (11.8Bt at 0.9%Cu), Los Bronces (5Bt at 0.8%Cu) and Alumbrera (0.8Bt at 0.52%Cu, 0.67g/tAu).

Nevada Project

Global holds 100% interest in three projects located in Nevada, USA. The tenements are held by Paradigm Minerals USA Corporation, a company incorporated in Nevada and owned by Global’s Canadian subsidiary PGPL Minerals USA Pty Limited. Global identified the areas as being prospective by way of a regional geological study followed by field programs of geological mapping, stream sediment, rock chip and soil sampling. The projects have potential to host two distinct deposit types. Mineralisation at Dun Glen and Jersey Valley is located in the north-eastern part of Nevada in an area where Carlin type mineralisation is the dominant ore deposit form. Tokop is in southwest Nevada where ore deposits are closely associated with volcanic arc, epithermal and porphyry type mineral deposits of the Walker Lane tectonic zone.
