It is exploring for additional resources at both the Fortnum and the Wembley Gold Projects. The company was listed on the ASX on 28 July 2003.

The Company has two gold Exploration Licences, E52/1641 and P52/1166. Its tenements are prospective for mesothermal gold-only style deposits. The Company also focuses on bituminous coal opportunities in South Africa’s traditional coal mining district of Witbank- Highveld-Ermelo coalfields. It operates in two geographical segments, Western Australia and Africa.

Exploration Licence E52/1641 and P52/1166 ("the tenements") are located immediately west and north-northwest of Peak Hill, Western Australia. Peak Hill is some 130km north-northeast of Meekatharra and 850km north of Perth.

Gold was discovered at Peak Hill in 1892 and it quickly became a significant mining centre. Total gold production for the Peak Hill area is in excess of 850 000oz, predominantly from the former Peak Hill, Fiveways, Jubilee, Mount Pleasant and Harmony gold mines. The goldfield forms part of a larger gold province that extends to the Labouchere, Fortnum and Horseshoe mines to the northwest which collectively has produced in excess of 1.5 million ounces of gold.
