I recently attended a HomeTrader seminar trying to sell me their education program. Here's what I thought about their sales pitch: Trading Mind Games Blog Entry.

It is a professional service - although I didn't feel it was for me.

Similar results as above, just a shame that I parted with the cash. They seem more focused on extracting dollars from clients than providing education, members meetings have been scaled back and are now sales pitches for additional seminars and the corporate strategy appears to be reliant on selling tip sheets to clients than educating them to trade on their own.

Yeah I have come across HomeTrader before. I too attended their seminar.

It wasn't for me because the program didn't really appeal to me.

I prefer to learn by trial and error and self-discovery.
