Crossland Uranium Mines Limited (CUX) focuses on the discovery of uranium deposits and develops profitable uranium mines. The company has a 100% interest in all its uranium and diamond properties. CUX's key projects are located several areas, which have had previous uranium discoveries; they are in the Pine Creek Orogen of the Northern Territory, the Arunta Province of central Australia and in the Curnamona Province of South Australia. Crossland Uranium Mines Limited (CUX) was formed from the merger of Crossland Mines Pty Ltd and Klondike Source Limited (KSL), which was completed on May 31, 2006.

CUX's experienced team includes experts in exploration and mining with the experience and track record required to acquire, find, and develop profitable mines. CUX will focus its efforts on uranium in North Australia. CUX people have a great track record in the uranium fields of North Australia. These contain most of Australia's profitable uranium mines, including Ranger, Australia's largest uranium producer.

Crossland Uranium Mines has board members including engineer Bob Cleary, geologist Geoff Eupene, geophysicist Bob Richardson, and lawyer Peter Walker have had strong associations with Ranger's exploration, development, permitting, and operations stretching over many years.
