Commonwealth Property Office Fund
Commonwealth Property Office Fund (CPA) is an Australia-based company engaged in office property investment and investment funds. Under the management of the Colonial First State Property Limited, CPA invests in different office buildings located in the suburban markets as well as the central business district across Australia. CPA was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on the 29th of April 1999. Its average annual revenue reaches approximately $684million out of its issued capital of approximately $1 million. Its headquarters is located in Sydney, Australia.

ING Office Fund (IOF), a real estate investor with investments in office buildings in Australia, United States and Europe was the worst performer in the ASX100 index for the week losing 19.6 percent or 11 cents in its stock price and was closed for the week at 45 cents. IOF has a market capitalisation of $1228.1 million.
Macquarie Communications Infrastructure Group (MCG), a part of Macquarie Group that owns interests in Broadcast Australia, Arqiva and Airwave was the best performer in the ASX100 index in week 25 followed by Dexus Property Group (DXS), ConnectEast Group (CEU), Common Wealth Property Office Fund (CPA) and Sonic Healthcare (SHL).
