3Q Holdings (TQH) was listed on the ASX (Australian Stock Exchange) on 11 April, 2000. QQQ Systems carries on a business that has been providing end-to-end solutions to the Australian market for over 15 years. With origins as a point of sale (POS) and head office solutions provider for retailers, QQQ Systems develops, sells, implements and integrates retail technology solutions and services for a wide range of retail clients operating in the fashion, electronics, furniture, general merchandise and discount variety industries. In October 2005, 3Q Holdings Limited acquired 100% of QQQ Systems Pty Limited, a software company that provides software applications to the retail industry in Australia and New Zealand. 3Q Holdings Limited (ASX:TQH), formerly known as Acuity Investment Management Limited, re-commenced trading on the ASX on December 28, 2005.

3Q Holdings provides support services to clients operating on most open software and hardware systems including:

  • Consulting, including system design advice and inventory planning and management
  • Project management, implementation assistance such as training, data conversion, staging, go-live "hand-holding"
  • Business process planning and development and custom development, for example functionality, integration with external systems.
