Cheviot Bridge (CVB) is a modern wine company, concentrating on the marketing and distribution of a select range of wine brands. The company was established in Melbourne in 1998. Its wines are sold in both the domestic market and in major export markets, including the US, Canada, Europe and extensively through Asia Pacific countries. The principal activities of the Company comprises wine sales, which includes the marketing, sale and distribution of wine under branded and buyers’ own label product and support services, and wine industry services, which relates to vineyards through viticulture management business based in Clare, South Australia, managing approximately 1,200 hectares of vineyards, including the 923 hectares owned by Cheviot Kirribilly Vineyard Property Group (CKP).

Cheviot Bridge (CVB) outsources to quality supply partners the production aspects of the wine industry, enabling it to operate with a lower capital employed. This, in turn, enables the business to achieve satisfactory shareholder returns at a margin lower than the traditional wine company model, with the benefit being passed to the consumer in the form of high-quality, competitive priced wines. Competitors of CVB would consist of other wine marketing and distribution companies. Customers consist of wholesalers, as well as local and international consumers.
