Charter Hall Group
Charter Hall Group (CHC) is an integrated property group with investments in an extensive portfolio of specialist unlisted property funds. The Group includes Charter Hall Limited and Charter Hall Property Trust. CHC specialises in property investment, property management, funds management, property investment banking and development management. It listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 10 June, 2005 and has more than $3.9 billion in funds under management.
Spark infrastructure Group (SKI), one of the leading infrastructure investment company with a market capitalisation of $1284.7 million was the worst performer in the ASX100 list for the 8th week. The company lost 12.3 percent or 18 cents to its stock price and was closed for the week at $1.25.
Primary Health Care (PRY), one of the leading Australian companies in the healthcare sector that offers medical and healthcare services in different parts of the country was the worst performer in the ASX100 list for the week (market capitalisation $1916 million). The company lost 16.2 percent or 89 cents to its stock price and was closed for the week at $4.59.
Dexus Property Group (DXS), a major Australia based property Company that operates at more than 260 properties worth of A$15 billion, mainly concentrating on acquisition, management and development of retail, industrial and office properties in both Australia and other regions with market capitalisation $3955.9 million was the best performer of the 4th week in ASX100 with a gain of 1.2 percent or 1 cent to its stock price closing the week at 83 cents.
Transpacific Industries Group (TPI), a company that provides waste and environmental service, terminal service and vehicle retailing mainly in Australia, South Pacific and New Zealand was the worst performing stocks in the Australian stock exchange for the 30th week that saw a fall of 16.7 percent in its stock price and was closed for the week at $1.18.
WorleyParsons (WOR), a company that is engaged in the business of providing engineering project and design related services along with maintenance and reliability support services for diversified industrial segments was the worst performer in the ASX100 index losing 8.9 percent or $2.05 in its stock price and was closed for the week at $20.80.
