Broad Investments (BRO) began as a carriage service provider and has now broadened its product and service suite to include office telephone systems, value adding services such as call accounting software and the provision of premium mobile content.

Broad Investment was listed on the Australian Stock market (ASX) in 1999. In 2005 the company acquired the Glovebox Group of companies, a premium distributor of mobile phone content, such as games, wallpaper and screensavers. Also in 2005, the company acquired MTX Holdings, a mobile and Internet payment provider. Investment's head office is in Sydney.

Broad Investment's has diversified its operations by acquiring other companies operating in the telecommunication industries. Acquisitions of Glovebox and MTX Holdings have positioned BRO as a major services provider in the premium mobile content market.

Broad Investments is looking to attract customers in the premium mobile phone content market. Its main customers therefore are resellers, such as retail outlets. Broad Investments already has over 13,000 outlets selling it's mobile content products. BRO's competitor's include other telephone service providers such as Telstra and Optus.
