Beach Petroleum (BPT), formerly Beach Petroleum, is an oil and gas explorer,developer and producer, with investments in the resources industry. Beach retains a portfolio of over 350 exploration and production tenements within Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Egypt, Spain and Albania. Its key projects are located in the Cooper/Eromanga, Surat and Gippsland Basins of eastern Australia. Beach Petroleum listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on 30 June, 1972. The Company is headquartered in Adelaide, South Australia.

Although the company's source - Cooper mature, the broker still sees some upside from project expansion, exploration as well as the commercialisation of gas.
