BigAir Group Limited (BGL) is a telecommunication carrier that specialises in providing wireless broadband solutions for business and government. BGL's wireless network provides coverage to a vast region of Sydney and plans to expand this network to other Australian capital cities and metropolitan markets. In addition, BigAir also provides portable and fully mobile broadband services to professional and corporate users through its Veritel Wireless division. BigAir was founded in 2002 by Jason Ashton and Patrick Choi. It listed on the ASX in April 2006. In June, BGL acquired approximately 800 iBurst customers from T3 Wireless, a subsidiary of Pacific Internet.

BigAir owns and operates one of Australia's fastest VoIP capable high speed fixed wireless networks. Unlike many of its competitors, BigAir can deliver data and voice services to its customers without reliance on Telstra or other carriers. Customers of BGL's Veritel Wireless division include Sony Australia, News Corporation, McKinsey Consulting and Jones Land LaSelle. Its competitors include other Internet Service Providers including Telstra, Optus and Primus Telecom.
