Admerex (ADL) is a company primarily engaged in the marketing, licensing, supporting, developing and investing in software solutions, receivables management centers for the banking and financial services, telecommunications and utilities industries and the provision of receivables and risk management consulting services. Admerex was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange on October 11, 1984. Admerex‘s client base has increased up to 143 clients in over 25 countries around the world. The Company operates in the following business segments: software, risk management, investments, call centre and eliminations. The Company acquired Riscuity Asia Inc.’s call centre operations in Manila, Philippines on January 18, 2007.
Admerex is strategically in a strong position to capitalise on the significant expansion in the focus that many companies now have to better manage their receivables lifecycles and business processes. This is particularly in accordance with the increased delinquencies in receivables, loans and credit cards.
Admerex has a broad range of management software and services that provide solutions to both first and third party creditor grantors looking at implementing new generation in-house software applications and outsourced service solutions.
Admerex understands the fact that marketplace conditions require more and more companies to better manage their existing businesses, client base and revenue streams therefore it offers packaged products, services and speciality applications under the XPERT Solutions brand to meet their requirements.
Admerex History
Admerex was listed on the ASX on 11 October 1984. The Company has currently focused its attention on identifying investment opportunities with financial returns for the company and its shareholders. It took over the business of CollectionWorks International Inc in order to add strategic consulting business to its services. In November 2004 Admerex also acquired the Emerald Group International Security Management to expand its offering in risk management.
