Adacel Technologies (ADA) is an Australian based holding company with subsidiaries engaged in supplying of advanced simulation and control systems and service for aviation and defence. Adacel was established in 1987 in Melbourne, Australia. ADA was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) on 27 February, 1998. The Company operates in two business divisions: simulation, encompassing defense and aviation simulation, simulation e-learning, services and support, and software engineering, encompassing oceanic air traffic management systems, real-time software and systems development. It focuses on three converging knowledge domains, Real Time Software, Simulation and Support and Voice Control Technology.

Adacel's leadership position is derived from the focus on these three complementary domains and its ability to create innovative products and solutions for the markets they serve. Adacel also provides real-time mission critical satellite-based air traffic management automation software for Oceanic airspace. Adacel systems are in civil and military operation in more than 30 countries throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia and the Pacific and its customers include civil and military organizations, aeronautical universities and large international aviation and defence suppliers.
