Logicamms Limited (LCM) provides project and engineering services for mining and mineral, infrastructure, hydrocarbons and specialist industries.
Mincor Resources NL (MCR) is engaged in the exploration and production of nickel and other base metals.
QBE Insurance ( QBE) provides insurance and reinsurance services in Australia, Asia and the Pacific.
EGM: KIK, TGA
Kairiki Energy Limited (KIK) explores, evaluates and develops oil and gas properties in the Philippines. KIK is holding an EGM at 10 am in Medina Grand Hotel, 33 Mounts Bay Road, Perth. The agenda: issue of commitment options; variation to convertible deed.
Thorn Group (TGA) provides rentals services of audio visual products, kitchen and laundry appliances, computers, furniture and gym equipment. TGA is holding an AGM at 2 pm in 161 Sussex Street, Sydney.
